We’re looking Australia-wide for the right candidate. This could be a fully remote role if you’re outside of Brisbane, Australia.


As an SDR at Andzen, you’ll be the front-line hustler, igniting our growth engine by identifying and qualifying potential leads. Armed with killer communication skills, you’ll articulate Andzen’s value proposition and make sure every connection counts. You’ll collaborate closely with our sales team, fueling their success by passing on high-quality qualified leads. If you’re all about fast-paced action, smashing targets, and being the bridge between curiosity and conversion, this SDR role is your ticket to driving Andzen’s expansion and success.


  • Drive Meeting Generation: Proactively initiate meetings for the sales team by swiftly responding to and assessing inbound leads for qualification.
  • Master Lead Identification: Develop proficiency in recognising promising leads, effectively communicating Andzen’s value proposition, and directing opportunities appropriately to the direct sales team.
  • Mentorship and Support: Contribute to the success of colleagues by offering guidance and assistance to new Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
  • Optimise SDR Role: Dedicate time to refining the role and processes of a Sales Development Representative (SDR).
  • Exemplify Accountability and Diligence: Uphold Andzen’s core values of accountability and effort in all aspects of your work.
  • Strategise Prospect Outreach: Devise a comprehensive plan to engage key prospects, complete with a timeline for implementation.
  • Leverage Available Resources: Utilise all provided resources to effectively connect with key prospects and establish productive lines of communication.


  • Possess a strong inclination towards a career in technology sales and have already established a foundational framework for proficient sales strategies.
  • Maintain an unwavering commitment to continuous improvement, consistently striving to elevate performance.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm, motivation, and a proactive approach to exceeding predetermined goals.
  • Exhibit thoughtfulness, engaging communication, high levels of energy, and self-awareness in all interactions.
