The Role

As a Client Success Manager, you’ll be the bridge between our internal teams and our clients—managing projects, communicating clearly, and ensuring client satisfaction. You’ll also lean heavily on AI tools, apps, and automation to deliver faster, smarter outcomes.

This role requires a mix of polish and grit: one day you’ll be preparing client reports and keeping projects moving, the next you’ll be deep inside a platform helping your team deliver. You’ll thrive on autonomy, take initiative when answers aren’t immediately available, and appreciate the rhythm of working across global time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client communications, ensuring a positive and rewarding experience for all clients.

  • Support the delivery of client projects—on time, on budget, and aligned with client needs.

  • Use AI chat, GPTs, and agents daily to improve efficiency, quality, and speed of delivery.

  • Get hands-on with apps, tools, and platforms to support your team and clients directly when needed.

  • Contribute to quality assurance, ensuring all deliverables meet our high standards.

  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Digital Producers for seamless project execution.

  • Prepare and present client reports to explain performance and uncover growth opportunities.

  • Resolve client issues proactively, working with team members to implement solutions.

  • Identify new business opportunities and support renewals with the Sales Team.

  • Develop an understanding of client business requirements and help design solutions that meet them.

  • Familiarity with marketing tools like Klaviyo (or a willingness to learn marketing automation platforms).

  • A passion for e-commerce and digital marketing, with a client-first mindset.
