Please add [email protected] as an ‘Admin’ user.
1. Login to your Klaviyo account and click, your company in the bottom left sidebar – then ‘Settings‘.
2. From the Setting page, click ‘Users’.
3. From the Users page, click the ‘Add New User’ button to the right.
3. Please type in [email protected] and choose Admin under User Role.
*We require admin as we need to create a segment and export that (no personal details) to calculate average CLV (Customer Lifetime Value).Â
